Phones, Paging & AV
Calls. Pages.
Better meetings.
From the front desk to the warehouse floor and conference room, we help connect the systems people use to talk, page, meet, and hear what matters.

What we do
The right message.
In the right place.
These systems often depend on existing wiring, network equipment, service providers, and the way a building operates. We work through those connections with you.

What matters in the details
Work through
the whole signal path.
A phone, speaker, or camera is only one part of the system. We consider the source, wiring, equipment, and controls together.
How people use it
We ask how calls should route, who needs to page, and how meetings are started. The configuration should match the real workflow.
Existing equipment
Model numbers and photos help identify the phone system, amplifier, speakers, interfaces, and room equipment already in place.
Provider coordination
Some changes need help from a phone carrier, software provider, or another system vendor. We identify those dependencies during planning.
Checks in the space
We test the agreed calling, paging, audio, or meeting functions with the site and explain the controls people will use.
What to expect
A clear scope.
A practical process.
From the first conversation to the finished work, we keep the project focused on what your site needs.
01
Define the workflow.
Describe the call flow, paging areas, or meeting-room needs. Include photos and equipment details if available.
02
Connect & configure.
Install or adjust the agreed wiring and equipment, coordinating with the relevant provider when needed.
03
Try it together.
Check the intended functions and walk through the everyday steps with the people using the system.
Common questions
Let’s make communication easier.
Can you set up Teams Phone and our call routing?
Yes. We help with auto attendants, call queues, voicemail, and routing for supported Teams Phone setups. We’ll review your numbers, licensing, provider, and how calls should be handled during and after business hours.
Can we keep our current business phone number?
That depends on your current service and the provider you are moving to. We can help coordinate the technical work and review what is needed. Number transfers and timing need to be confirmed with the providers before a changeover is planned.
Can you fix paging that only works in part of the building?
Yes. We can work through the audio source, amplifier, controls, speaker circuits, and connections to help isolate the fault. Tell us which areas work, which do not, and whether the issue affects paging, music, or both.
Can you make our conference room easier to use?
Yes. We help with meeting-room cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, and connections. Tell us which meeting platform you use and how people join calls so we can plan a setup that fits the room and everyday workflow.
Can we reuse our speakers, phones, or AV equipment?
We’ll review what you have, its condition, and how it needs to connect to the proposed system. Compatible equipment may be reusable. Photos of the equipment and its labels help us sort out the options before quoting replacements.
